Our Company
At DTM Global, we specialise in simulation software and maritime training solutions. We aim to improve combat effectiveness, mission planning and tactical development. We offer off the shelf maritime simulation software alongside air, land and sea vehicle recognition software. We also offer a comprehensive software consultancy service, from design, development, testing, delivery, installation, site acceptance testing, set to work and handover.
We have an ISO 9001:2015 UKAS accredited certification and are Cyber Essentials (CE) certified, which means that we can reduce project risk and guarantee quality.
We are also JOSCAR accredited so that we can be contracted for aerospace, defence and security based projects.

PC-based communications simulation with localised instructor and student positions, with multi-channel operation and customised graphical user interface.
Fleetwork Trainers
Desktop simulation for cost effective training of yeoman flag and light signalling, port navigation, fleet evolutions and rules of the road. This training system utilises our Fleetman and Fleetcomms software to produce a classroom-based trainer used by the UK Royal Navy today.
Fire Control Trainers
Computer based simulated environment for the MSI-Defence Systems Automated Small Calibre Gun (ASCG) -DS30M (Seahawk A2). This is a networked system used by the UK Navy today.

Flight Deck Officer Trainers
PC Based simulation for training Flight Deck Officer marshalling and deck handling procedures, including emergency procedures and vertical replenishment. This piece of software utilises virtual reality for the Flight Deck Officer training but we also provide solutions without virtual reality if required.
Identification & Target Recognition
At DTM Global, we have created a multi-faceted software product that provides aircraft, land vehicle and sea vessel recognition training as well as facilitating operational roles in intelligence, surveillance and combat identification. We have called this software Insight Recognition & ID, it was initially developed for military recognition training. Insight is a modifiable off the shelf product, tailored towards the content and tools you need. Some of the tools that Insight Provides are:
Thermal 3D and night vision (CCD) 3D viewer.
3D model editors.
Generic sight trainers.
Multi-lingual database, extending to aircraft and UAVs, commercial aviation, land vehicles, sea platforms, missiles, small arms and uniforms.

2023 - Malaysian Identification and Recognition Trainer
Supply and installation of 1 classroom of 24 students and one instructor for our Insight Recognition & ID Trainer on a closed LAN at the Royal Malaysian Army Air Defence School.
2022 - UK Royal Navy Fleetwork Trainer
Supply, installation and activation of 2 classrooms of 16 students and one instructor of Fleetman Fleetwork Trainer on a LAN, at the Royal Navy School of Seamanship (RNSOS), HMS Raleigh and 2 classrooms of 16 students and one instructor at HMS Collingwood.
2021 – Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF)/Rahaden Trading
Supply, installation and activation of 3 Fleetman Look-Out Trainer and one classroom of 17 Fleetcomms LAN licenses at the Technical Institute for Naval Studies (TINS), RNSF Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
2020 - Ministry of Defence/UK Army
Supply, installation and activation of 11 licenses for Insight V3 Recognition Training System for 7 Air Defence Group, Royal Artillery consisting of:
o 7 LAN installations for ground based air defence (GBAD) recognition training.
o 4 stand-alone installations for mobile training team.
2019 - MSI Defence Systems/UK Royal Navy
Supply, installation and support for a 2 x 4-position Fire Control Trainers (FCTs), emulating the ASCG Remote Operating Consoles (ROCs) on the new River-Class OPV.
2019 – VSD LLC/Iraqi Naval Forces
Supply, integration and installation of Fleetman bridge simulator and FCT into 35m Patrol Boat and 60m Offshore Support Vessel simulators.
Integration with Sperry Marine Integrated Bridge System (IBS), WSC Engine Room Trainer, LaserShot Small Arms Trainer, Buffalo Computer Graphics Radar Simulator and GMDSS simulator.
